Warranty

At Myers Plumbing & Drain, we take pride in the quality of our work. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to request warranty service.

1. Workmanship Guarantee

- All labor performed by Myers Plumbing & Drain is backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

- If a repair or installation we complete fails due to our workmanship within 30 days, we will return to fix it at no additional cost.

2. Parts & Materials

- Parts and materials provided by Myers Plumbing & Drain may carry manufacturer warranties.

- We will honor any valid manufacturer warranty and assist with claims when applicable.

- Parts or materials supplied by the customer are not covered under this warranty.

3. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear of parts or equipment.

- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of routine maintenance.

- Pre-existing plumbing issues not addressed during the service.

- Work that has been altered, modified, or tampered with by another service provider.

4. Warranty Requests

To request warranty service:

1. Contact us within the warranty period.

2. Provide proof of service (invoice or receipt).

3. Allow our technician to inspect and verify the issue.

5. Limitation of Liability

- Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the covered service.

- We are not responsible for indirect damages, water damage to property, or consequential losses.
